It's back to reality today, as I await word on whether my post-Census unemployment claim will be approved by Albany... Income since Aug. 30 = $0. Meanwhile, the national headlines continue to sock it to me, one after the other. I am feeling more hopeless about my job prospects than at any point since I was laid off EIGHTEEN MONTHS AGO... And I'd love to have a conversation with the nimrods who insist that the "recession is over." For whom, kindly tell me.
