Leonard took me out to Dunes Beach today, which happens to be right next to my fave house in the Hamptons, allowing me to snap some new angles. Leonard tells me it's the biggest house in all of the region, boasting 35,000 square feet, 13 fireplaces and, as I noted in a previous post, a price tag of $75 million (so with a 5.75% 30-year mortgage, that's $437,679.64 a month). Believe it or not, this pad was built on spec.
