I truly believe that this is the first day in more than two months that I did not snap a single photograph with my trusty little Canon... Imagine that. Not to say I wasn't out and about. Had an interview for a bio with a Turkish musician on the Upper West Side, then hit the upper upper East Side to look at potential new family members at both the ASPCA and NY's Animal Shelter. Let me tell you, that about made me cry like a big girl. All those sweet, abandoned animals with their sad eyes, sitting in cages... waiting, waiting, waiting, and hoping to be wanted. It was just like being unemployed for six months.

Where Did The Day Go?
