The city's health commissioner

When the mayor banned smoking in restaurants and bars in 2002, I got it: No one should have to breathe smoke in an enclosed structure, blah, blah. But insisting that "second-hand" smoke is a hazard to little kiddies in the great outdoors is mind-blowing. He also swears it leads to kids getting addicted to smoking! Is he on crack? The king

How about passing a law against babies screaming in public? Cursing? Fried food served in restaurants? Dogs barking? Bad breath? Bleached hair? Oh, my god, let's reinstate Prohibition! Cause drinking is bad! There's so much left to do to create Bloomie's utopian NYC.
