Last evening a freaky hailstorm passed through Brooklyn, dumping quarter-size ice chunks across the borough. But that ain't nothing compared to this historic photo by photog Jay Fine, who's been trying to snap a picola of lightning hitting the Statue of Liberty for 40 years.
