Exhibiting at ClampART Gallery in Chelsea/NYC, 521 West 25th Street through Oct. 30: Bruce Sargeant & His Circle, featuring a collection amassed over two decades from New York painter Mark Beard from the works of Sargeant (1898-1938). The latter's early 20th-Century paintings idealize and celebrate the male form. Many believe Sargeant inspired the work of photographer Bruce Weber.
