East Village Vietnamese @ Le Da Nang

Delish Vietnamese cuisine on Second Avenue at 4th Street today with Ayhan, Donna and Tinatin at Le Da Nang, which opened in March. Slightly funky, overtly tidy space with lunch specials for under $10. Along with crunchy Shrimp Summer Rolls and Nang Crispy Rolls as appetizers, Donna and Tina had Pad Thai with rice noodles, egg, peanuts, bean Dasprouts and scallions; Ayhan had the spring grill sandwich with beef stew over a fresh bun; and I enjoyed the Shanghai Chicken Breast, a charbroiled marinated chicken breast seasoned with egg quiche served on rice w raw vegetables. Yo, yo, two thumbs up.Some East Village views along Second Avenue.
