And I'm having a happy Liz D.'s birthday, as well: I'm happily back in Southampton—where I spent the majority of the summer of 2009—for the weekend. Impossible to believe it's almost been a year since we began working together on her memoir... and just this week, our literary agent has sent the pitch for "Joyride" to 13 publishing houses. This is the moment of truth. Cross fingers!
