On Monday, before Ayhan's arrival that night, Leo, Fredly and I gamboled (har, get it? "gamboled" instead of "gambled"; a little Vegas humor) 
to The Bellagio, arguably the most glam of the Strip hotels built within the last decade or so. The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are a site to behold, with a new spring 2011 display that includes an 11-foot carousel with acrylic balloons and a 40-foot ferris wheel.

Later in the week, we caught glimpses of the famed Fountains of Bellagio, first synchronized to Andrea Bocelli & Sarah Brightman's "Time To Say Goodbye," then to Elvis' "Viva Las Vegas."
