Sunday evening was the official opening of Phao Thai Kitchen in the beautiful seaside locale of Sag Harbor—an event put together by Liz's Derringer Media. The weather was sunny and warm, with a festive crowd and an elegant buzz, as margaritas, wine and Thai beverages were served and delectable appetizers passed around. Frog legs, anyone?
