How Airlines Are Ripping You Off
The Government Accountability Office has published a report on how airlines nickel & dime customers (if only it really was pocket change), in addition to vile baggage fees. Consumerist.com found the good stuff buried 45 pages into the report. They shared, I shall share. (Click on image for larger view.)
