Off I go Monday to my hometown, Lynchburg, Va., for the Thanksgiving holiday. For the first time, I'm avoiding all the madness of USAir—flying past Virginia to 
Charlotte, N.C., and back—instead traveling on Amtrak. Looking forward to the trek, with my laptop and Wifi, my iTouch loaded with 3,000 songs and enough home decorating magazines to sink the Titanic. Stand by for pics!
