Leonard's Early October Visit Redux
During his early October visit to Brooklyn, Leonard and I made our way to the rooftop to watch the sun set over the city.

Merciful Heavens: Vanilla Ice "Bio" Finally Airs!
It debuted in March... once... it was then pre-empted for Teddy Kennedy, then rescheduled... and pre-empted again for Whoopie Goldberg... But at long last, the "Biography" on Vanilla Ice that I appear in as a talking head aired on the Biography Channel Friday night. I Tivo'd that baby.Kylie's Spectacular NYC Spectacle
It's hard to believe that in her 20 years as a pop superstar, Kylie Minogue has never mounted a proper U.S. tour. Of course, it's also difficult to fathom that U.S. radio is so dim-witted that she's only had two real hits in all that time: "Can't Get You Out of My Head" and "I Should Be So Lucky."Her U.S. tour touched down in seven gay-friendly cities, including three nights in New York. Andy from Philly—perhaps the only straight man in the audience—drove up Monday and we ventured to Hammerstein Ballroom for the spectacle.
Kylie did not disappoint. Our girl was mesmerizing, dazzling with special effects galore, a songlist that satiated every level of fan-dom and proved what we've known for decades: She is a consummate entertainer. Absolutely extraordinary evening.
