Thom Evans Covers November 2012 U.K. 'Men's Health'

Former pro rugby player Thom Evans continues to gain steam (lots of steam) as 2012's leading candidate for the Sexiest Man Alive in 2012. He graces the cover of the November 2012 U.K. Men's Health, and while there aren't a lot of new picolas to feast upon, we couldn't be happier to load up on any new views of the 27-year-old hottie's impeccable abs, chiseled physique, beautiful face... and all other body parts.

In the MH interview, Evans shares that to maintain his perfect form, "stair jumps are hands-down the best thing you can do. Each bound naturally makes you tense almost every muscle you’ve got: your lower body to force you upwards and your upper body to propel you forwards." Okay, I think a drop of drool just oozed from my mouth. *

We Love Sports! Scottish Rugby Star Thom Evans Covers 'Attitude'

As we gear up for the Summer Olympic games in London, beginning , July 25, we continue to show just how much we've come to love sports. Here's 27-year-old Scottish rugby player Thom Evans, who retired from professional sports following a neck injury.

He continues, however, to be popular overseas, and dons the August 2012 cover of Brit mag Attitude. The curious cover title reads: “Thom Evan is not in the Olympics, but he is in his pants. The total package.”

Who Will Be The Smoking Nun's 2011 Sexiest Man Alive?

In 2010, we had a packed roster of nominees for The Smoking Nun's Sexiest Man Alive, including James Franco, Thomas Jane, Chris Evans, Cristiani Rinaldo, Rodiney Santiago, Channing Tatum, retro entry Maxwell Caulfield, Isaaiah Mustafa, Kellan Lutz, Eddie Cibrian and Willam Levy. The victor was sweet Mr. Santiago, with Levy the runner up by a hair. Stand by for the sexy slate of 2011 contenders!

'Dressed To Kilt' Party & Charity Event At NYC's Hammerstein

Tuesday evening I had a freelance assignment for "Country Weekly" to cover the ninth-annual Dressed to Kilt fashion show and party, benefiting Sean Connery’s Friends of Scotland organization. This year’s theme was “Country Chic,” which brought to New York a number of country music superstars, including Amy Grant, Kix Brooks, Kellie Pickler, Gary Allen and Stealing Angels, as well as TV and movie stars and athletes.

The event's red carpet was set up beautifully, so that photogs, camera crews and print press all got their turn to do their duty with the guest celebs. I was able to get quotes from each of the artists, and even met guest Donald Trump, which was a gas.
