I suppose it's no surprise anymore when the Christmas decorations come out just as Halloween pumpkins are starting to deflate... Thanksgiving? There's no retail payoff in that, so let's just move on to Christmas. Ching, ching! This is the entrance to Brooklyn's Fulton Street Mall this morning.
