31 December Days Of Vintage Advertising: 'How TV Benefits Kids'

Welcome to the latest Smoking Nun's latest feature: Retro American ads. For the month of December, we'll attempt to amuse the living shit out of youse each weekday with a take on how vintage print advertising definitely lives in the moment. The vast majority of these seem downright ridiculous today, if not wonderfully offensive (read: sexist). Enjoy, cool cats.

First up: Motorola's audacious attempt to sell TVs by suggesting that by planting your kids in front of the tele, they'll behave better and even get better grades. Fab!
