New York's sourpuss Mayor Mike Bloomberg had some fellow billionaire pals over for a dainty tea party at Gracie Mansion Wednesday, including Mikhail Prokhorov, owner of the New Jersey Nets, crooked developer Bruce Ratner—and, uh, rapper Jay-Z. This is possibly the most absurd, surreal photograph I have seen in my life.
