A Mooo-ving Story: Colorado Cow Hoofs It To McDonald's Drive-Through

A cow named Darcy broke out of her pen in Brush, Colo., and hiked a half-mile to the local McDonald's, where she appeared at the drive-through window, either hungry for a fries and shake or stopping by to say "Howdy" to some relatives, now on the menu as Quarter Pounders.

Sandy Winn, Darcy's owner, said that local authorities called the family, asking if they had a dairy cow, before she was retrieved and taken home. Now the local news media is milking the story, which I'll admit is pretty mooooo-ving. Fortunately, no tickets were issued, since cows are legal in Brush. *
