As New York City still reels from last week's weather bitch Hurricane Sandy, the promised Northeast snowstorm has arrived as predicted. Snow started falling lightly Wednesday afternoon... while after 4 p.m., a sopping, sloppy wet mix is falling now, with temps right at the freezing mark. Gross. *
