My college pal Hester (real name Connie) and I hadn't seen each other for more than a decade—that is, until last May, when she was in town on business and we had a wonderful and instantaneous reconnect. We made good on millennial rendezvous last week with another fantastic outing, this time for din din at Chelsea's Elmo.
Back then... Hester and meese in the 1980s. Ouch, the glasses, eek, the mustache!
After din din, I saw Hester to the uptown 2/3 line, creating her very own "Subway Series." *
