King Bloomberg Redefines "Public Space" As Regulated, Legislated & Nanny State-Owned

Here we go again! New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who enjoys nothing more than encroaching on the rights of city dwellers, has now decided that the open air is his domain to legislate. He is backing a citywide ban on cigarette smoking—a legal product—in parks & beaches and on boardwalks.

Since clean air is suddenly a priority in NYC, when is he going to ban motor vehicles? Exhaust and all, you know? Let's ticket those who pass gas. And for god sake, bad breath would best be legislated. Nanny, why don't we just all walk around with gas masks, since Bloomie believes humans are such a fragile lot? Enough was enough long ago. Mikey knows best.
