Diva To Diva: Celine Dion Meets Joan Collins In Vegas

Fabulous 77-year-old Joan Collins enjoyed a four-day Las Vegas retreat in high style last week—by seeing Celine Dion's new show at the Caeasar's Palace Colosseum, natch! Collins apparently rolled into town in a vintage Rolls Royce, staying at the Venetian.

Collins told the charming Robin Leach (whom I met in Vegas for Celine's launch last month) in his Las Vegas Weekly column that she was stunned to discover that Celine is a huge fan of "Dynasty" when they met backstage before the show.

“I couldn’t believe it," Joan said. "She’d watched every episode. Celine knew more about 'Dynasty' than I did. I wanted to praise her for her superb show and instead she was raving on about 'Dynasty.'"

Leach also took Joan, her agent, Celine and Rene Angelil to dinner at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon in the Venetian (pictured).

Meanwhile, Celine covers yet another magazine: The April 7 issue of "You." Never heard of it, but the spread is sweet.
