She has won an Oscar for "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)" (six nominations), a Grammy (nine nominations), two Golden Globes (seven nominations), and was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
She also recorded one solo hit, "Stronger Than Before," in 1981, which was my No. 16 song of the year.
