A surprise—and utter thrill—meeting the great French-Canadian songwriter Luc Plamondon Tuesday night following Celine's Caesar's Palace opening, while chatting with Celine's longtime musical director.I had to tell Luc that I had just written an adoring blog post for his recent birthday.
