I just wrote liner notes for Jerry Costanzo's new release, "Can't We Be Friends." He performs at 9:30 p.m. this Friday, March 11, at New York's Metropolitan Room.The show features his "All Star Septet," Andy Farber on sax & flute, Mike Carubia on trumpet, Isaac Ben Ayala on piano, Bob Grillo on guitar, Mark Sherman on vibes, Jennifer Vincent on bass and Jimmy Madison on drums.
