Christmas Turkey: The Aftermath

Please don't tell Ayhan what happens several days after the beautiful Christmas turkey has served its time... you know, that moment when the carcass has to be stripped down of all signs of flesh. Shh!! Tonight was that moment. He went to bed. I tip-toed into the kitchen and swashed those bones bare. Kirby was there; she had some scraps and we had a big time. Now I'm going to have a delish turkey sammich, before bed. Hush, now. It's kind of nasty. But it tastes oh so good.

  1. Chuck- turkey salad to die for-

    1 boiled egg, peeled & chopped
    Mayo, salt, pepper, onions, celery, sweet pickle relish to taste
    turkey

    Mix it up, let it sit over night, NOM repeatedly the next day.

    (Best use of left-over turkey I've found!)
