Where's The Damn Snow?

Okay, I'm growing a little impatient here... every Facebook friend from the south to the Mid-Atlantic to the northeast is reporting a big ole winter dump. My parents in Lynchburg, Va., say they got an astounding 20 inches. NYC forecast still claims 6-10 inches. It's snowing in fits and starts (6:45 p.m.), but too delicately for my liking. C'mon, c'mon!
