General Mills—maker of Lucky Charms, Trix and Cocoa Puffs—(three of my fave cereals), plans to reduce the amount of sugar in its cereals "marketed to children." General Mills says it will cut 10 of its cereals to single-digit grams of sugar per serving.
Last year, Kellogg reformulated Froot Loops, Apple Jacks and Corn Pops, decreasing sugar by 1 to 3 grams per serving. Kellogg also added fiber to some cereals. Post says it cut sugar content in Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles by 20%.
Great, so now they taste more like cardboard and make you poop more. I wish the goddamn government would stop nanny-stating, and deal with anything that matters.
Your most fucking brilliant post ever. I couldn't agree more. Sure...The Beatles wrote and recorded some nifty pop songs, but WHY they're regarded as demi-Gods, I'll NEVER know!!!!!!!!!!
